- Hazardous waste

- Renovation debris

What to expect when we come to Sudbury
Sudbury is about 7 miles from our Marlborough base in a straight line. Start by sending photos, or ask us to come look. The estimate is free, and you get a price before we lift anything. We don't have a price list because every job depends on its size, what's in it, and the dumpster and dump fees.
How we haul it depends on the size of the job:
- Big cleanouts get a 13–15 yard roll-off dumpster in the driveway or yard. We fill it to the top, then it gets hauled away.
- Smaller loads and single pieces go in a pickup truck when we can fit them in.
- Usable items go to donation, metal to a scrap yard, and electronics and mattresses to recyclers. The rest goes to a transfer station.

What's the difference between Sudbury's $180 and $35 transfer station stickers?
The $180 sticker covers household trash and recycling. The $35 recycling sticker covers paper, cardboard, plastic, and glass, plus large items like couches, grills, and refrigerators, with extra charges for some bulkier pieces. See the town's sticker FAQ.
Where do I buy Sudbury's yellow trash bags?
Not at the transfer station. The town sells them through Town Line Hardware, Shaw's, Roche Bros., and Aubuchon Hardware, in five-packs of 15-gallon bags for $6.50 or 30-gallon bags for $13.
Can a contractor or cleanout company use the Sudbury transfer station?
No. Sudbury's rules bar businesses and contractors, and the station serves residents only. Anything a hauler like us removes from a Sudbury home goes to other facilities.
When is the Put & Take at the Sudbury transfer station open?
It runs from May 1 to November 1, weather permitting, and in 2026 it opened on Saturday, May 2. It closes half an hour before the rest of the station, and upholstered couches can't be left there.
