How it works

Step 1 of 4

Show us the mess.

Text us photos or walk us through it. You get a free estimate for your job, not a one-size price list.

Step 2 of 4

We bring the dumpster.

For big jobs, a 13–15 yard dumpster gets dropped in your driveway or yard. Smaller loads go out in a pickup.

Step 3 of 4

We fill it. You don’t lift a thing.

Brush, scrap, furniture, boxes: we load all of it, right to the top. Then the dumpster gets hauled away.

Step 4 of 4

Cleaned up and sorted right.

We clean up the space when we’re done. Usable items get donated, metal goes to scrap, and the rest goes to licensed disposal.

How we haul

Two ways it leaves your property.

We pick whichever fits the job. For most cleanouts, that means a dumpster.

How much does a cleanout cost?

Every job is different, so we don’t use a price list. We look at photos or come see it, then give you a free estimate based on the size of the job, what’s being removed, and the dumpster and dump fees. You’ll know the price before we start. Our cost guide explains what drives the price.

Is there a cheaper way to get rid of junk?

Sometimes, yes. A single couch or a few bags can often go out with your town’s bulky-item pickup or a transfer-station run for less. We lay out every option honestly in our guide to getting rid of junk in Massachusetts. We make the most sense for big yards, basements, and whole houses.

Do I need to rent the dumpster?

No. We set it up. The dumpster gets dropped off in your driveway or yard, we fill it, and it gets hauled away when the job is done.

How soon can you start?

As soon as we can. Timing mostly depends on when the dumpster can be dropped off and when the dump can take the load. We’ll give you a start date with your estimate.

Do you take small jobs, like one couch?

Yes. Single pieces and small loads go out in a pickup when we can fit them in. Text us a photo and we’ll let you know.

What can’t you take?

Hazardous materials: chemicals, oil-based paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste. Your town’s household hazardous waste day takes most of these. See what Massachusetts bans from the trash.

Where does it all go?

Furniture and household goods in good shape go to local donation centers. Scrap metal goes to a scrap yard. Electronics and mattresses go to recyclers. Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station.

Do I need to be home?

Not the whole time. We just need access to the area and your OK on where the dumpster goes. We’ll check in when we start and send a photo when it’s done.

That backyard pile? Let’s clear it out.
