Junk removal in Marlborough, MA and nearby towns

Need furniture, appliances, or a pile of household junk gone? We carry it out from wherever it sits in Marlborough and the surrounding MetroWest towns, and you get a free estimate before anything moves.

What we take

Furniture, appliances, and everything in between

If two people can carry it out, it can usually go. Here’s what people ask us to haul most.

Furniture

Couches, sectionals, recliners, dressers, desks, bed frames, tables, and outdoor furniture.

Mattresses & box springs

Any size or condition. They go to a mattress recycler, as state rules require.

Appliances

Fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, dehumidifiers, window AC units, and water heaters.

TVs & electronics

Old tube TVs, flat screens, computers, and printers, all sent to electronics recyclers.

Household junk

Boxes, bags, rugs, exercise equipment, toys, and the stuff that piles up in a spare room.

Outdoor items

Grills (with the propane tank removed), old playsets, patio sets, and broken lawn equipment.

Honest advice

When to call us, and when you can save money without us

We’re a good fit when…

  • Items are heavy, awkward, or stuck in a basement or upstairs
  • You have more than a few things, or several rooms’ worth
  • You don’t have a truck, helpers, or time for a dump run
  • You want mattresses, TVs, and appliances handled the right way

You may not need us when…

  • It’s one item your town collects at the curb. Check your town’s rules first
  • The furniture is in good shape. A donation pickup or a free listing may take it for nothing
  • You have a truck and your town’s transfer station takes the item

Where it goes

Sorted, not just dumped

Massachusetts bans several common household items from regular trash, so every load gets sorted before it leaves your driveway.

  • Furniture and household goods in good shape go to local donation centers.
  • Metal goes to a scrap yard.
  • Mattresses, TVs, and electronics go to recyclers that handle them.
  • Appliances with refrigerant go where the refrigerant can be recovered.
  • Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station.

Bigger job?

When it’s more than a few items

For whole rooms and properties, a dumpster cleanout usually makes more sense than piece-by-piece pickups.

Yard cleanups

Brush, old fencing, and outdoor junk cleared with a dumpster.

Questions

Questions people ask

Something else? Text us. You’ll get an answer from the person doing the job.

Do you pick up just one item?

Yes, when we can fit it in with the pickup. Text a photo of the item and where it is. If your town will collect that item at the curb for less, we’ll tell you.

Can you take a mattress or box spring?

Yes. Massachusetts doesn’t allow mattresses in the trash, so we bring them to a mattress recycler instead of the dump.

Do you take refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners?

Yes. Appliances that hold refrigerant have to go to a facility that recovers it before the metal is recycled, so they never go in with regular trash.

Do I have to bring everything outside first?

No. We carry items out from where they are, including basements, attics, and upstairs rooms. Tell us about stairs or tight spots so the estimate is accurate.

What won’t you take?

Hazardous materials: chemicals, oil-based paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste. See where those go in Massachusetts.

Free estimate

Tell us what needs to go. We’ll send a free estimate.

Three quick steps, no obligation. Photos help the most, so text us a few if you can. We’ll get back to you with a free estimate.
