After the movers leave, we clear what’s left and haul it away.
Putting a dumpster on a public street usually needs permission from the town, and the rules vary. Check our town pages or call your town hall.

Turnovers without the extra trips
When a tenant leaves things behind, the unit can’t be cleaned or shown until it’s empty. We clear it, sort out mattresses and electronics for recycling, and send before-and-after photos so you have a record.

Can you work around my closing or move-out date?
Tell us the date when you ask for an estimate. We schedule as soon as we can, and timing mostly depends on when a dumpster can be dropped off, so earlier requests have more options.
Do I need to be there?
Not for the whole job. We need access and a clear list of what goes. You can let us in with a lockbox code, and we’ll text you photos when it’s done.
Can you take mattresses left in a rental?
Yes. They go to a mattress recycler. If there’s any chance of bed bugs, tell us beforehand so they can be wrapped and handled safely.
The apartment is on an upper floor. Is that a problem?
No, we carry things down stairs. Stairs and long walks to the truck do add time, so mention them for an accurate estimate.
What if the HOA or landlord doesn’t allow a dumpster?
Then we use pickup truck loads instead. Many condos and apartment complexes have rules about dumpsters, so check before you book.
