Privacy
The short version: we only use your details to reply about your job, and we don’t sell or share them.
What we collect
When you ask for an estimate, you give us your first name, your phone number, your town or ZIP, how you’d prefer we reach you, and, if you choose, your last name, your email address, and how you found us. We also record which service page you sent the request from. If you text or email photos, we receive those too.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare your estimate, and schedule and carry out the job you asked about. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
How the form sends your request
When you submit the estimate form, your answers are recorded in a private Google spreadsheet that we own, and we get an email so we can reply. Nobody else can read that spreadsheet. If the form can’t reach us, it offers to send the same request from your own email or text app instead.
When you tap our call or text link
If you tap one of our phone or text links, we record the time, which page you were on, and how you reached the site, such as a Google search or a link from Instagram. That’s so we know which job a caller is asking about before we pick up. We don’t record who you are, and this isn’t tied to you across other websites.
Website data
We store one short note in your browser for the length of your visit, remembering how you arrived, so a request you send on a later page still tells us where you came from. It disappears when you close the tab. There are no advertising cookies, no advertising trackers, and no analytics company involved.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from a public code server, which see standard technical details like your IP address when your browser requests those files.
